Ingredients & Intentions

Sesame Oil

In traditions like Ayurveda—sesame oil (known as til oil) symbolizes purity, protection, and positive energy. It is widely revered for driving away darkness, clearing negative forces, and honoring ancestors.

I chose sesame oil as a base oil to honor the Ayurvedic daily Abhyanga practice as well as to honor and draw strength from all the powerful ancestors that came before you.

Sweet Almond Oil

Carries spiritual properties tied to prosperity, wisdom, and mental clarity. It is traditionally used in anointing and spellwork to attract financial luck, sharpen intuitive faculties, and represent divine watchfulness or awakening

It was not only the perfect addition to make the oil i silky, smooth and absorb into the skin quicky but also to turns this oil into a spell.. manifesting and attracting all you're meant for.

Infusions

Sandalwood

Spiritual properties center on purification, deep meditation support, and divine connection. It is widely used to clear negative energy, quiet an overactive mind, and ground the spirit during prayer. Across many ancient cultures and faiths, it is viewed as a sacred bridge between the physical world and higher spiritual realms.

Vanilla

Spiritually represents love, peace, and emotional healing, serving as a gentle agent for comfort, sensuality, and positive energy.

The familiar scent of vanilla calms your senses and helps you drop into a sexy, sensual state of self-devotion as you do your ritual.

Rose

The spiritual meaning of a rose centers on divine love, the unfolding of the human soul, and spiritual awakening. It represents the balance of beauty and protection

How I Use

How to make this a daily ritual

To make this a daily practice, I recommend first starting to do this every day before you plan to shower, leaving it on for 10 minutes and then proceeding your shower as usual.

Once you've missed no days, you can do it at night before bed and leave it on. Some days I breathe in bed as I apply the oil slowly over my body, and then do my nightime journaling.

Other days when I have more time, I stand in my bathroom mirror completely naked, admiring all parts of my body as I rub in the oil and speak inspiring affirmations to myself.

If no affirmations come to mind, I apply it with slow, intentional strokes while listening to soft mantras or solfeggio frequencies.
